Veritas HR Consulting Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All recommendations, templates, and reports are for general guidance. Clients should seek legal counsel for legal matters. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or organizational result.


Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:

  • violating privacy or intellectual property rights,
  • uploading unlawful or offensive material,
  • attempting unauthorized access, or
  • using the Site for fraudulent purposes.

We may suspend access for misuse.


Confidentiality

Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, reports, and training content created by Veritas HR Consulting Services remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-transferable, single-use license for documents provided. You may not copy, modify, publish, or distribute our materials without written permission.


Independent Contractor

Veritas HR Consulting Services operates as an independent contractor. These terms do not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technology failures, labour disputes, or emergencies.


Severability

If any section of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.


Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use signifies acceptance.


Agreement

An Agreement will be executed between Veritas HR Consulting Services and the client organization for all professional services. This agreement will be binding on both parties and will set out the scope of services, estimated fees, projected timelines, and all other standard terms and conditions necessary to support a clear, professional, and mutually beneficial working relationship.
